今しがた、アメリカからファルージャで病院が爆撃された、との情報を得ました。
サンフランシスコの独立ラジオステーションＫＰＦＫからの情報。６００人以上
の市民を殺して、２０００人を血まみれにして治療が追いつかない状態にして、
さらに病院や救急車を攻撃する米軍。イラク市民を大虐殺する米兵を運んで
いる日本の自衛隊（航空自衛隊）。心あるマスコミの方、これを報道してください。
どうしてこれが人道支援といえるのでしょうか。無理です、イラクの人は自衛隊
がＣＰＡの一員で米軍を支援していることを知っています。誰も人道支援（も
ちょっとはしている、で、そこばかり大きく報道される）が主目的とは思ってい
ません。今は一時撤退のジェスチャーだけでも見せるべきではないのでしょうか。
「撤退を検討している」と、小泉首相は言うべきです。そして、昨日チェイニー
さんにはせめて「戦闘を一時中止するように」と申し入れるべきでした。
確かに川口さんも小泉さんも、ひどいですが、政治家の声明文は官僚が
（内閣府や外務省）が書いているはずです。政治家はそれを読むだけですから。
危機管理能力も人として最低の思いやりや想像力もないんですね。
ああいった文章を渡されてあのまま読む、というのは人間として悲しいです。

Fallugah is still intact but another hospital was bombed.

Report from Fallujah -- Destroying a Town in Order to Save
It

I had heard these claims at third-hand before coming into
Fallujah,
but was skeptical. It's very difficult to find the real story
here.
But this I saw for myself. An ambulance with two neat, precise
bullet-holes in the windshield on the driver's side, pointing
down
at an angle that indicated they would have hit the driver's chest
(the snipers were on rooftops, and are trained to aim for the
chest). Another ambulance again with a single, neat bullet-hole
in
the windshield. There's no way this was due to panicked spraying
of
fire. These were deliberate shots designed to kill the drivers.
The ambulances go around with red, blue, or green lights flashing
and sirens blaring; in the pitch-dark of blacked-out city streets
there is no way they can be missed or mistaken for something
else).
An ambulance that some of our compatriots were going around in,
trading on their whiteness to get the snipers to let them through
to
pick up the wounded was also shot at while we were there.

After we delivered the aid, three of my friends agreed to
ride out
on the one functioning ambulance for the clinic to retrieve the
wounded. Although the ambulance already had three bullet holes
from
a U.S. sniper through the front windshield on the driver's side,
having westerners on board was the only hope that soldiers would
allow them to retrieve more wounded Iraqis.
The previous driver was wounded when one of the sniper's shots
grazed his head. Bombs were heard sporadically exploding around
the
city, along with random gunfire. It grew dark, so we ended up
spending the night with one of the local men who had filmed the
atrocities. He showed us footage of a dead baby who he claimed
was
torn from his mother's chest by Marines. Other horrendous footage
of
slain Iraqis was shown to us as well.

さっきテレビをつけたら、米軍の占領政策はおかしいけど自衛隊が
やろうとしてるのはそれとは違うんだ、今のイラクでは軍隊組織による
復興支援が必要だというようなことを言ってる人がいました。
スーパーモーニングだったとおもいます。
きのうおととい、テレビをほんのすこししか見ていないので、きちんとした
こといえないのですが、占領軍と自衛隊とを切り離して、まるで自衛隊
が復興支援目的のみで単独で行動しているかのようにもとれる発言を、
この番組以外でもなんかいか聞いたような気がします。
福田官房長官の会見や、川口外相の問題のメッセージも、そういう
ように受け取れるように、変に操作してありますね。
でも、自衛隊はＣＰＡ（Coalition Provisional Authority） の
一員としてイラクに駐留していますよね。そのことを、テレビ局の人たち
は忘れているんだろうか。
また、かれらに反論する側も、私が見た限りでは「イラクの人たちから見れば
軍服着ている自衛隊は米軍と一体に見える。（ということは、実際にはそう
じゃないけど誤解されてるともとれる）」というだけでしたが、そうじゃ
なくて、ほんとに自衛隊は占領軍と一体で行動することになっていると、
どうしていわないんだろう。

民事・刑事の犯罪を犯したばあい、国籍のある国でさばく。イラクの法廷では裁
かれない、イラクでは逮捕などもされないということです。
自衛隊機がイラクに到着した時、米中央軍司令部空軍部隊の面々が大歓迎した
というニュースも米中央軍の広報ニュースにありました。
だのに、どうして占領軍じゃないみたいなことを言うんだろう。
不思議です。

日本政府は、自衛隊のイラク“派遣”はイラク復興と人道支援を目的とし、
“非”戦闘地域のみで、“独自”の判断にもとづいて実施すると主張していま
す。しかし、現地連合軍上層部が自衛隊を歓迎する様子を伝える広報記事を読
めば、航空自衛隊は“連合国”の仲間として“紛争地域”にやってきたと明記
しています。
